At Surfana Festival, our volunteers are the heart and soul carrying out daily tasks at the event. Whether you’re helping with sustainability, setting up workshops, or guiding visitors, you’re a big part of making the magic happen.

When you join us as a volunteer, you’ll get a free weekend ticket, a camping spot, and meals during your shifts. But more than that, you’ll connect with awesome people, be part of a loving community, and feel like you really belong. Here’s what one of our volunteers from last year had to say: “Super organised! Volunteer at Surfana Festival

• You’ll need to be available for at least two days.
• You’ll be scheduled for a minimum of 2 shifts, each lasting around 6 hours.
• Shift times and days will depend on your tasks. For those helping with the build-up, the shifts are longer and spread over more days, but you’ll get to enjoy the entire weekend at the festival afterwards!
